“When you talk about Southern cuisine, the restaurants
that would probably reflect that the most to me is The
Country Platter, but when I think of atmosphere, I think
of The Crystal Grill in Greenwood. Also, I think all of
our local restaurants have that Southern flavor in that
they are very hospitable. I think that especially of the
restaurants here in Cleveland.” |
