If you could restore any building or place in the Delta what would it be?

"Definitely the old hotel on Sharpe St. It used to be the tallest building between the Peabody and the Coast back in the early 1900's. If I had all the money in the world I would like to redo that building and put a downtown grill in the bottom, and make apartments in each level. I think that would be really neat to do."

"The 'Grover Hotel'.
I would love to see something like condos for young people or senior citizens to live. We have heard that parking and safety might be an issue and that it couldn't happen. However, I would like to get something done in the way of retail, a shop, or restaurant, or something that would just be open in the daytime."
